Meet the Founder

Sarah Saefkow, Founder and CEO, brings nearly 20 years of experience in emergency response and healthcare to every class she teaches. Her professional background includes service as a lifeguard, EMT-B, and registered nurse, with extensive experience in both intensive care and emergency department settings. Throughout her career, she has seen firsthand how proper training and quick action can save lives.

Driven by these experiences, Sarah is committed to providing high-quality CPR and First Aid training at reasonable, accessible prices. She regularly donates her time, resources, and expertise to local nonprofits, schools, ministries, and underserved communities—because she believes life-saving skills should be available to everyone.
