About Sarah Saefkow 

Sarah Saefkow, founder and CEO of Saefkow Training Center, has dedicated nearly 20 years to emergency response, drawing on her experiences as a lifeguard, EMT-B, and registered nurse. Her background includes valuable time in both ICU and ER settings, where she witnessed firsthand the importance of being prepared for emergencies. This journey has ignited a deep commitment to share her knowledge with others. She strives to provide high-quality training at reasonable prices. Sarah often donates her time, resources, and knowledge to local non-profits, schools, and disadvantaged communities because she believes that everyone should have access to these critical skills.
